Extensive Health & Safety Experience
Sandy Doull has over 30-years of experience working within the Work Place Health and Safety compliance framework in Australia. Through his observations and experience, he realised that while many people don’t initially want to engage in safety the most successful organisations learn, develop and adapt with improvements in health and safety culture and systems. This realisation led him to create new types of safety programs and services that engage management and employees to sustain a successful, safe, resilient and innovative workplace, even when faced with demanding and diverse conditions.

Sandy has a strong background in counselling, training, and team facilitation focused on identifying and managing workplace risks. He is particularly skilled in optimising effective leadership and creating a positive team culture. Sandy has extensive experience in risk assessment and control and in mapping out action plans and resources required to establish a systematic approach to improving wellbeing and OHS performance.
